Cases are evaluated on an individual basis, and so it is difficult to answer this question with a simple, clear answer. However, an overview of how fees and payments with our firm work is as follows.
There is a retainer, which is the initial deposit for starting a case.
Then, fees and filing fees.
Fees and filing fees need to be paid all at once and are non-refundable.
