From childhood, I was taught the principles of hard work, honesty, tenacity, and making a meaningful difference. When someone told me, “No, you can’t,” I became determined to prove that I could. I firmly believe that the impossible only requires a little more time and effort.

I was also taught that people matter, people hold value, and people can succeed. I have carried this philosophy into my practice and it still guides me today. It shapes how I treat my attorneys, paralegals, and staff—and in turn, how we treat our clients.

In September 2013, I founded Jason Finch & Associates, P.C. LLO. Although the firm is young, my team and I bring more than 30 years of combined experience in immigration-related representation. I personally “handpicked” each member of my team because they embody the qualities I respect: integrity, empathy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for the cases our clients entrust to us.

Our team includes attorneys, paralegals, and support specialists—some are immigrants themselves, while others are first-generation Americans. All share a deep respect and admiration

At the same time, we will not take a case unless we believe we can make a real difference.

We represent immigrant clients in every aspect of immigration and immigration-related issues. This includes family-based petitions, employment and business matters, investor visas, and complex cases involving criminal charges—either through direct representation or close coordination with criminal defense attorneys. We also assist clients facing family situations that may affect immigration status.
